Wings of Stars series. A cerulean top with skinny gold lining and a dark blue stripe going down the middle, along with an azure strip lined by gold buttons.
The bottom is trim with white ruffles. Over the top is an azure short-sleeved jacket with gold and steel blue lining. The dark blue sleeve cuff is trim with white ruffles and on the side is an azure strap with gold button and lining. The shoulder-pads match the cuff and hanging from it are two gold chains attached to one of the stars adorning the straps on the pale blue check lapel.
On the middle-left star is a fringed pin, and drawn on the left of the torso is a violet star. The collar is white with a layered cravat hanging beneath a cerulean ribbon, which has a star at the middle adorned by a sapphire. The white gloves have a gold ornate star on top of the palm and a check cuff with gold border and trim of ruffles. A check pleat skirt with the pleats alternating between pale azure and pale blue.
Each pleat has a gold ornate heart drawn at the bottom, and lining of gold and steel blue circles the bottom of the skirt. The waistband is dark blue with gold border and a star on each side holding chains that circle the waist, and hanging from the left is an azure piece of fabric lined in gold to accent the ornate border, fringed lining, and star design.
Surrounding the star are light blue and gold smaller stars, and pearls. The petticoat is a white ruffle. White boots with a gold platform sole and wedge heel. Split colored fabric of azure and cerulean wraps around the leg with gold border and three, dark blue and gold buttoned straps. The azure flap-style check cuff is lined by a gold fringe, and hanging from the middle is the gem adorned star with ruffled white fabric wrapped around the boot diagonally.
