They were not, apparently, standardized between plants or years. Special Paint is exactly that. Could be just about anything. Most people think special paint only means a special color. But as in this case, as many do, it just represents stock colors used in a reverse of production Deluxe Two-Tone as I had suspected. On a Camaro around this period, a stripe delete classified a car as special paint on the trim tag. Overall the options are nice and it is a bit different with the ochre as an accent if that is what it is looks more like a dark gold to me.
